Meet Twila

I support the vice president of organizational culture in fostering a beloved community grounded in Spirit. In addition to providing administrative support, I enjoy applying an action research lens to our work.     

I received an MS in Conflict Management & Resolution from the University of San Diego in 2023, and a BA from Goshen College in 2015. I consider myself a lifelong learner, which has led me to explore different career paths. At the heart of it all is a keen interest in the stories we tell, how we relate with one another, and how we make sense of it all.   

Outside of work, you’ll find me walking with my spouse and pup (Matt and Murphy), reading in a café with a friend, or dreaming up the next travel adventure.
